Sunday School Superintendent

Currently our Christian Education Department consists of:

-Nursery services for ages birth through age 2.  The nursery is currently available for Sunday morning worship services beginning at 10:30 AM and Sunday Night services beginning at 6:00PM.

-Children's Church for ages 3-8.  Children's Church is operational and running well.  Children's Church is held on Sunday mornings beginning at around 11:00AM.

-Benson's Buddies.  We have started the Benson's Buddies program which is the preparatory program for Caravan.  This program is designed for 3-5 year olds and is designed in the same way as Caravan.   

-Caravan Program.  We currently offer the Caravan Program for children ages 6-8.  The children are assigned to one of three groups,  Searchers (first and second graders), Explorers (third and fourth graders), or Adventurers (fifth and sixth graders).  Each group is under the direction of one or more adult leaders who are called "guides." The program is designed much like the Boy and Girl Scouts programs, but with a Christian Education theme.  The children have the opportunity to earn badges and awards for participation. Caravan meets every Wednesday night at 7:00 PM.  The children first meet at the sanctuary and are escorted to the fellowship hall by adult volunteers.  For more information please see the "Caravan link" under "Children's Ministry."  Our Caravan Program is led by Sister Heather Coulter. 

-Youth Group.  In addition to our Youth Sunday School Class, we have an active Youth Group at the church.  The Youth Group is made up of children not involved in the Caravan Program and any other child age 9 and up.  The Youth Group meets every Wednesday night at 7:00 PM.  For more information please see the "Youth" link.   Our Preteens (ages 9-11) are led by Sister Treina Miller and our Youth Group (ages 12-18) are led by Brother T.J and Sister Jessica Wilcher.
